New Belgium beer company based out of Colorado offers a Belgium style beer, Mothership Wit, made with all organic ingredients. As you plan your engagement parties or gatherings of family the night before the wedding, including this beer is an easy way (assuming you can find it) to add some green without your even realizing it.
